mRNA-lipid nanoparticles, which appear to be red, are encapsulated inside mono disperse microparticles, made by state of the art microfluidic technology. 

We use this imaging to characterize encapsulation efficiency and release kinetics. These microparticles have delayed and sustained release of mRNA, for optimized vaccination regimes.
