"This image shows microtubule assisted endocytic trafficking of nanoparticles carrying siRNA.  Microtubules serve as a platform to internalize a nanoparticle that encapsulates two differently labeled siRNA. The co-localization indicates that the nanomaterial may be still intact and had has yet to release the siRNA (s) into the cellular milieu."
