I want to generate vascularized liver organoid to study metastasis and liver cancer. I stained endothelial cells and hepatocytes to learn their spatial distribution. 

With this vascularized liver organoid derived from iPSCs, I’m able to build iPSC-derived perfusable vascularized liver organoid on-a-chip models, and use it to investigate cancer metastasis and liver cancers.
