Deconvolution Micrograph
"This micrograph shows a stream of mammary cancer cells migrating on a cell matrix. These particular cells adopt an elongated shape and remodel their cytoskeleton so that large actin bundles (green) are parallel with the longer axis of the cell. Accumulation of red-labeled G-actin in the sites of actin remodeling is also shown in the picture. I took this image because I was trying to understand the contribution of different versions of the protein Mena to carcinoma cell motility."
